CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • If you wish to cancel an order you have placed with us, kindly do so within 1-2 days of order placement. Cancellation requests for customised or Pre-booked or personalised orders are not possible under any circumstance.
  • We do not encourage returns or refunds for any of our products as we take utmost care in ensuring high-quality standards for all our products. However, if any customer has received damaged or defective products, the exchange or return request shall be accepted, given that the customer holds an unboxing video as proof, that clearly shows the damage or defect.
  • The product shall not be accepted for return/exchange for size related issues as we make sure to put up an accurate size chart for all our products.
  • The request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery and the products must be unused and unwashed.
  • Exchanges are possible only if the same product is in stock with us. The money shall be refunded to source once our team approves the products for return.

SHIPPING POLICY

We Will dispatch the item after payment through speed post within 7 working days ,(**working days except Sunday, and public holidays ) and will get it within 10 to 12 (kerala) / 12to 15(out of Kerala ) working days after dispatch. We dispatch orders for ready-made garments from our store within 6-7 working days. Customised orders usually take anywhere between 15-20 working days to be shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We ship throughout India by DTDC or Indian Speed Post.
